Buffalo Pond offers high quality swimming lessons and water safety programs. We love what we do and are so excited to offer a wide range of swimming programs for all ages and levels.
Our programs are designed for every stage of the swimming journey — from infants taking their first splash to adults perfecting their strokes. Each level focuses on building confidence, safety, and skill development in a supportive environment.
Our infant programs generally start from 6 months to approximately 3 years of age. Students explore the water and various safety skills with a parent or supervisor in the water with them.
Our pre-school programs are based on water familiarisation, body orientation, safety and survival skills.
School age programs build on preschool programs. They introduce more technical elements to the various swimming strokes.
Programs that cater to different levels of swimming, from those wanting to increase speed, distance and stroke variety.
We offer lessons to adults of all abilities. From learning to swim through to stroke correction and training classes for personal growth or competition purposes.
We offer ocean and open water swim safety classes to children and adults who want to advance their skills in open water environments.
We provide lessons that can be customised to fit your specific goals & schedule, whether it's improving a particular swimming stroke, preparing for an ocean swim, or enhancing your streamline technique.
